Great Clips

"I leave this review to make sure those of you thinking about getting your hair cut know are aware. I have had some great hair cuts here, but more bad than good. I went to get my hair cut today and left thinking I was just looking at it bad or that I was over reacting. I went home and my friend started to look and started taking pictures. I have 2 bald spots and my head is red and it’s been an hour. Incredibly disappointed, waste of money. I will never be going back here."

"Overall great job. Very quick once we got there but the wait was 67 minutes when I logged on to check him in online. I never did receive a text stating it was time to come in So we just kind of went and hoped for the best. The receptionist was a little bit on the spacy side and couldn't quite comprehend that my son was not my daughter. She called him Maggie which is my daughter. He's 16, 6'3 with hair past his shoulders however he looks nothing, I repeat, nothing like a female. He had never been there to that store before but my daughter had so I think she was just a little confused. He and i laughed and just moved on. Haircut was decent...I mean...it's 20 bucks so I don't expect too much however I will admit she did well. :)"

"This is a decent chain hair salon. Sometimes you get a great haircut, sometimes it's average, I have gotten one terrible one there which was fixed at a different location but that was just once in around 11 years of going there. Overall, they are decent though. There is sometimes quite a wait, but with online check in its not so bad."

"I had a very unfortunate experience here with a stylist a few weeks ago who really messed up my hair. The only reason I am giving great clips a 3 star and not a 2 star is the other two stylists worked with my sons, (ages 9 and 2), did a good job. My stylist I had on the other hand did not fade my side to top hardly at all, and she kept trimming up to the point I had to pull away from her so she would stop. She was an inch away on either side from giving me a mohawk and I'm a 38 year old business owner. I have left my punk rock days behind me and would prefer to look professional. I also had her "trim" my beard for $6 which amounted to her just running the clippers through my beard. She didn't trim or clean up anything. I went home and had to finish cleaning it up myself. I wasn't going to leave a review at all, however my wife went to get a hair cut there two days ago and told the woman she only wanted a few inches off her hair to get split ends and such. My wife came back in tears with how much she took off. It was at least 6 inches and her hair is now just at her shoulders which is not how my wife wears her hair. We determined it was the same woman who cut my hair and I feel the need to say something now. All things said I think the store has good stylists there, however you are taking a risk getting your hair cut by someone who does not listen to what you say you want."
