"I’m not a huge fan of shopping in person anymore due to covid related health issues, but finding my foundation shade is practically impossible. So I came into this particular Sephora as a last resort and was greeted by the nicest girl I’d ever met, I believe her name was Page and she was very patient with me and helped me find my correct shade which is something I’m so relieved about. I hope that more people experience this sort of small act of kindness and find more people like Page!"
"2 girls working barely made eye contact w my mother and I when we walked in. My mom was looking for a new foundation and had a lot of questions but we ended up just wandering around the store while the girls stocked the shelves. Eventually we used the app to make our best guess of what she wanted. Girls were still rude upon check out. As a long time VIB member, I’d definitely pick somewhere else"
