"First off, UPS for the first time in years attempted delivery of a package before 5:00pm that needed to be signed for. And of course it was while I was at work. So they leave a notice that said they wil leave it at their access point. Never saying when it would be available. So I assumed it would be available the same day. You know what happens when you assume right. Needless to say I am furious. But wait, it gets even better. The next day I'm waiting on them to notify me that my package is available for pickup. Of course it was 8;30pm by then. And then I had to deal with a simpleton that couldn't read apparently. He looked at the name on the package and swore it didn't say what it did. I told him to read the name out loud, and finally it registered that it was my package. I knew it was my package because I recognized the label on it. In summation, Fed Ex is no longer the worst package delivery service in my eyes."
