"Garbage company. Calls half an hour late (705) to say they won't start pickup until 705 when pickup is 630 then at 715 says she's 7min away. They just got picked up at 730!"
"Since I cant leave another review ill be erasing my old review to give this one. My child was left at the wrong bus stop up the street from my home. She is 10 years old and has never had to walk home alone. I contacted first student in a rage because the bus driver told my child she still needed to exit the bus even after she told him he passed her house. I got called from the supervisor just to be told that video footage would be reviewed and that i'd be called right back. Well guess what I never got that call back yet these are the people we are suppose to trust to keep our kids safe. Had something happened to my daughter a law suit would've been filed. I am about fed up with how unprofessional this bus company is"

"If I could give zero stars I would. There is no organization what so ever. You call and get transferred and goes to voicemail, can never get ahold of anyone. They informed me after I had to call again the weekend before school starts that my daughter would be picked up at 738 however she starts school at 745 which the school is 8 minutes away from the house when there is no detors or construction and simply told me.. well thats the best we can do! And we are supposed to be able to trust these people with our children????"
"Honestly, this was traumatizing and if you want your kids to have the best education, start driving them to school so they don't have to experience such bumpy, loud, rattling, hot, and crowded as the one I was forced to go through 10/10 don't recomend"
