"I will never use this company again. A couple of days after using them for a holiday light tour, I received a phone call stating they were trying to charge us for damage to a chair that did not occur while we had the bus. We had two families on the bus and we noticed the damage to the chair when we got on the bus. They tried to say someone picked at the finish of the arm of the chair and damaged it. Make sure you note any damage you see so that they can not try to charge you for something you did not do."

"The driver almost got an accident with my grandchildren in the car he had to swerve to prevent it. So They all fell all over the car and 1 said she hurt her back. The driver was driving erratic. We didn’t even get the full time we paid for. We won’t ever use them again."

"Disappointing experience. The customer care staff is super friendly, but our driver made me late to my own wedding. We booked a limo bus for my wedding, and we’re given a free upgrade, which was nice, but the driver was not sticking to the schedule I had sent previously. The driver was late to pick me and my bridesmaids up, and barely said two words to us. This put our entire wedding behind and caused a lot of anxiety for my husband and those who had to wait who were attending the ceremony. Furthermore, my Father in Law asked the driver if there was a cooler on board and was told no, only to find out later there was. I did reach out to the customer care team and they received our feedback, but if you are booking for an important event that you need reliability from, I would choose another company. For the price and the other options that are out there, it is just not worth it."
