The rental price for the facility is $200 for 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays and weekends, or $300 for 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. Tables, chairs, paper and plastic products, playground equipment, electrical outlets, a fireplace, kitchen facilities, AV equipment, and restrooms are provided at the facility. Smoking is not allowed inside the facility or within 25 feet of the entrance. Dishes and utensils are not provided. The building is heated and air conditioned for comfort.
