"It looks like a nice area. The apartments are okay. Not a good place to go if you are an animal lover. They don't allow dogs. They allow 1 cat per apartment but they have to be declawed. So inhumane. My partner and I have guinea pigs right now, which they were going to make an exception but said "they can't be running around." If we ever wanted to get a cat we couldn't do it because we're not willing to cause injury to an animal. You should consider changing your policy. Declawing is literally cutting a cat's knuckles off. It's causes them a lot of pain in their paws and back."
"we love the apartments, but our cars have been broken into multiple times. each time we have called to let the property managers know, they’ve never even as much taken down our information let alone acknowledge the issue. hopefully they will take into consideration installing cameras or some type of security."
"My husband and I have lived in this apartment for almost a year now and it's one of the best apartments we've lived in. The office staff are super friendly and helpful. Maintenance is a dream to work with. We've had some little issues (clogged tub, microwave going out) and each time we've called maintenance they've come within 24 hours. They are very kind and do the job correctly. They've never needed to come back a second time to fix it again. We live on the 1st floor and can hear the person above us walking around sometimes, but it isn't terrible. The door to get into the building is loud when people slam it, but both situations are how pretty much every apartment complex is like. The neighborhoods surrounding the apartments are great. I feel safe here! We live in an updated apartment and we love it. They have two options: gray walls with white appliances or yellow and wood with black appliances. We live in the gray and white option, but both look great! When we first moved in we were told maintenance updates all the apartments themselves. They take pride in their work and it shows. Hope this review helps!"
"I have lived here 4 years and have had no significant issues other than a few small things which can be expected ANYWHERE you rent -- windows are a little outdated and drafty, but I have lived in much worse. Maintenance workers are easily accessible, it is clean and very quiet, no dogs, laundry in each building, smoke-free. My apartment is spacious and affordable, even paying month-to-month, and the pond is wonderful in the warmer months. I live in a building with tenants that have also been here for years, and I notice quite a few college students in the other buildings, but it is never rowdy or noisy; there is not a ton of traffic in and out of the buildings. I have never felt unsafe or threatened, and the one issue that did arise I felt comfortable bringing to the landlord's attention and she took care of it promptly. There is a diverse group of tenants so I disagree wholeheartedly about whoever said this establishment is racist; that is an abhorrent accusation to leave in a review, it is simply not the case. This place is a gem in this area, would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxed, quiet place to stay, though probably not suitable for families with small children."
"Cons: spiders were abundant in the warmer months here – especially around the entrance doorways. Would be nice if the complex had those and the hallways sprayed professionally during that time to help keep them at bay – there were a few times I narrowly avoided walking into one that was hanging down from the awning or staircases. As with any apartment, the sound proofing was not spectacular. We had mostly quiet neighbors for the majority of our stay, but there were some college kids who played their music at a ridiculous level at night. We lived on the second floor, and they were on the third floor and across the hall from us, and our walls still shook with their bass. There is a washer and dryer in each building, however the one in ours appeared to be fairly old and was frequently broken down. Would be nice if they would update these. Pros: the office ladies were very nice and helpful. We had a cat when we first moved in, and when she passed away it was a few months before we remembered to tell them, and they actually refunded the monthly pet rent we had paid for the months she was not with us, which I thought was incredibly nice of them. There are trash bins inside every building, which is great for keeping it from flying all over the parking lot as it does with some other complexes we have been at. The maintenance picked it up daily so there was never a huge buildup of it. They have a couple of larger dumpsters in the back area that you could drive larger items around too as well, so it didn’t take up space inside. The outside property was pretty well-maintained. There was no trash floating around the grounds, and the no-dogs-allowed rule kept there from being dog waste all over, as well as a lack of barking at all hours. The units were updated nicely, and the newer appliances was a perk. I would absolutely live here again."
