"Took my daughter for a tour and to be evaluated by their recommended psychologist. Put on a waiting list. List kept getting longer for staffing issues then flood damage. I called every 2 weeks for an update before goving up after 2 months. Four months later I call back on a whim and get told that my daughter had a file but it was partial and not in the system. They lost my daughter's file and her place on the wait list. What a joke! We have been struggling for months and I was hopeful to get any kind of help. Resources are limited around this area and it's cruel to give parents so much hope."
