"Decided to go here because I needed to be seen along with 2 of my children. I knew there was no way our family doctor would be able to see all 3 of us at the same time on such short notice. Staff was great! Would definitely go again if needed!"
"I don’t usually rate businesses unless it’s positive BUT I have had so many of the same negative experiences here that I felt compelled. The staff in this office have the WORST attitudes. I’ve always tried to chalk it off as maybe it was a “bad day” for them but my experiences, both in person and even when calling to schedule an appointment/returning a call from them, have been the same. The staff is rude and act as if you are bothering them just by existing. The receptionist/secretary is by far the worst but there is also a nurse who is just as rude. My son received his vaccinations there and I received a phone call a few days later saying he needed to come in for vaccines that were over due and I told them he was just there a few days prior. They denied it and said I needed to come in to discuss everything. Come to find out they gave him expired doses but they tried to say he wasn’t even there!!! I will note that Kayla Croy is wonderful… I just wish her staff didn’t ruin the experiences."
"The staff and medical assistant were the rudest people. The medical assistant was rude to my child and barley listened to me when she asked questions. The receptionist acted like she wanted to be anywhere but there and entered my sons name wrong in the system. We won’t be back there since we were such and inconvenience the first time."
"If I could rate them a zero I would. The staff, at least the ones I've interacted with, are dismissive, disrespectful, and mean. It almost seems like they're resentful when someone comes in. Maybe if they had a little common decency or empathy for people they'd get rated better. Don't go here if you can at all help it."
"I had the pleasure of getting ill on a weekend while out of town and felt it necessary to go to this urgent care for medical attention. This was not a life threatening illness but enough to debilitate me to were I was unable to care for my family and to even get out of bed for that matter. Checking in was no problem, wait time was satisfactory, and the nurses assessment of me was adequate. While the nurse was leaving the exam room I had over heard someone at the nurses station say "Let me guess, another cough". Now I did not want to assume or speculate that this was directed at me or my diagnosis but it became very apparent as to who had said it and to whom it was directed towards when the provider entered the room. I did not get an introduction on who this staff member was or what their role/position was in the clinic. The only reason I knew who it was was due to the fact that this person had graduated high school with my older sibling and I had to google their name to see what credentials they held. I don't recall seeing a staff i.d. badge but the mind gets fuzzy when you aren't feeling the greatest. I was given directions on my medication without being given a name of it and the visit was very abrupt. (Facility was not busy either) I am a nurse and I understand how an urgent care setting works. Quick visits, triaging patients and providing appropriate care until they are able to follow up with their primary care providers. I also grew up in this area and I feel like I have a good idea of the clientele that comes into this urgent care. I did receive medication that was appropriate but I couldn't help the overall lack of professionalism by the provider.I feel like this might be a good place for Dr. Dariano to work on her bed side manner even if it's only an urgent care setting in rural Northwest Ohio. If I had a family member that came here for care and was treated in that manner, this would be immensely unacceptable. This rating is mostly for the provider not the facility as a whole."
