Forest Creek Apartments

"Don't come here. Brg apartments will screw you over. They have been slowly increasing my rent over the years and what was a one-bed one-bath became the same price as a 2-bed 1-bath. People at these apartments are also getting kicked out en masse. They're not giving any reason why but they are being very sneaky about. They will trick you into going month-to-month instead of yearly so that they have an easier time kicking you out. All of us getting kicked out think that they just want to kick out the poor people so that they can increase the prices."

"Maintenance is very professional, always fixes things same day or next! Dave is very nice, never rude. And always waves when he sees you! Office management Michelle is very professional with her job and maintains the buildings the best way she can! Always very nice! Clean environment, neighbors are pretty much like family here! Me, my husband & kids are comfortable in the environment, feel safe & enjoy living here! Recommend 110%"

"Now, I haven't moved in yet, but I've been staying with my brothers who have a two bedroom while I wait for mine to be ready. With that being said, I can't say much about the one bedroom experience, but I can say that the two bedrooms are very nice, very spacious. The kitchen is great, the bathroom is great, lots of closet/storage space if you need it. And staying here has made me excited to move into my own apartment, with a bit less stress going forward knowing these apartments are great. My experience so far with the staff have been great as well. I've bumped into the maintenance guy a few times who always seems friendly. Anytime my brothers have had any problems he has come out to fix whatever the issue was in a timely fashion. And Michelle in the office has been nothing but friendly and helpful during my unfortunate time between apartments. So all in all, so far it's been a great experience! And I look forward to moving in officially!"

"I have lived at Forest Creek for a little over a year! I love it here! If there is an issue it is addressed in a very timely professional manor. Maintenance is friendly, professional, respectful, and always happy! Management is superbly amazing! I appreciate Michelle and all the work she’s put in to make the complex even better then it already is! Friendly, home oriented environment!"
