"Low budget. Heat controlled until June! Window Air Conditioning, not up to code. Small apartments. Petty parking spot. Dumpsters with trash bags hanging out. Projects look better than this trashy dump."
"This place was absolutely disgusting. Water was turned off and kept off overnight, there were sewage backups and the area isn't taken care of well at all. The worst thing we experienced was the roach infestation. It wasn't one or two of them, they were everywhere and in everything. I couldn't cook in my own home. They continued to raise rent regardless of this. This place is basically a slum and the landlords would rather put the health of their tenants at risk than spend the money to fix the place."
"Ive been here for a year almost, the staff is always changing and the poor conditions of these apartments makes it even worse. Yolanda(sorry for spelling) helped as often as possible and ALWAYS was at least at the office so paying rent could be possible. ROACHES are a huge problem here, i was told by multiple staff my apartment was the cleanest they had seen and ive spent at least 100$ of my own cash trying to combat these insects. The bugs are non stop i spray daily. Theres no posted signs for numbers to managment, the hallways and parking lot are always trashed. Homeless people sneak into empty units, this place is seriously a waste of money and management does not care. Im really disgusted everyday here to be honest its a shame."
"I read some of these other reviews and I have had a very different experience. That said, I do work unlike the last girl complaining that she didnt get an apartment. Who gets an apartment without a job? Plus I live clean so I have never had any bugs. The place is cheap, the heat is always so hot that you will see windows open in the winter! I never had any issues with the staff. For the price it is a good deal."
"Have lived here six months and it has been hell the entire time. It is full of drug addicts and my family is getting rid of everything we own so we don't take bed bugs with us. The owners are rude and only like to rent to trashy people who get ss checks. Also a week after we moved in caught a neighbor smoking crack in the hallway when I told the landlord they said it wasn't their problem. Do not rent here you would rather be homeless"
