Never really had any problems but when I have, maintenence was quick and super friendly as is the property managers Jaimie & Kailee, (sorry if I didn't spell that right) I love my little home!!! :)"

"It's taken me awhile to draft this up due to work or I would've rated this amazing complex 5 stars the moment we moved in last year. From the moment we moved in up until now it has been an absolutely wonderful experience. Jaimie and Kaleigh are so kind, thoughtful and protective of their residents and property. I feel safe and cared for and my kids love it here as well. They truly have a lot on their plates managing such large properties and you wouldn't even know because they handle everything so swift and professional. Maintenance is prompt amd effecient. Servicing every issue with concern and great care Inaa timely manner. Neighbors are kind and everyone goes about their business living in peace and harmony. We plan to be here for many years to come. If you're searching for an apartment this place checks all the boxes plus the apartments are so beautiful and painted a pretty grey color that matches everything. We love it here! Thank you!"

"I have lived here for almost 5 years. Kailey and Jamie both which are great managers, are very kind and the level of care and concern for the residents speaks great volume. I have never ever not once had a problem with maintenance, which is Devin and Jeff, keeping our apartment in great working condition. I also enjoy both the Pool and Christmas events, they always find ways to give back to the Kensington Ridge Community, with gifts and prizes as well as Blessing other Organizations. My statement above gives great reason to why I haven't moved, its hard to find these four individuals anywhere else."

"Peaceful and Friendly I have lived here for 12 1/2 years. There were some bumps in the beginning, but all aspects are much better now. The Property Manager, Jamie is kind and helpful with a very quick response to any issue you may have. Maintenance, Jeff and Devin are also quick responders. 30 minutes to an hour is very quick. They too are kind, helpful and friendly. I work from home so I need a quiet environment to work. It's normally very quiet and peaceful. The mature trees block out a lot of traffic. I am just one block from the main road that runs through Middletown. I have zero complaints. Everything is online now. You can pay rent and enter a service call, all on the same site. It is so convenient. I highly recommend Kensington Ridge if you want to live in a quiet and peaceful place. Outdoor upkeep is done efficiently. In the Summer the lawn is maintained and in the Winter they shovel the sidewalks. Very nice indeed."
