Employees of Wood County can also find a wellness log at the park. In accordance with public health guidelines, the Wood County Park District encourages the use of masks, social distancing, and frequent hand washing.

As of January 1, 2020, a Great Parks’ fishing ticket is no longer required for the preserve. Although the lakes will no longer be stocked, visitors can still enjoy fishing with an Ohio State Fishing License.
