"I had a great experience during my perm consultation appointment. The salon was clean and inviting. All staff were friendly as well. I like the self checkin process - it was very easy. My consult was with Natasha and she was very knowledgeable about the perm process and talked me through it. She went above and beyond by testing some strands of my hair that were previously lightened to ensure my hair could withstand the chemical process without damage. It was a great consult and I look forward to my perm appointment within the week."
