"Couldn’t have imagined a pharmacy could be as useless as this one. I was told to go to another CVS, as they had the liquid form in stock. What they didn’t tell me is that it was expired. The pharmacist at the other location told me she even told them it was expired. What an absolute disaster. It’s so egregious I literally won’t ever go back to this CVS in general. If I want photos printed, I’ll pick them up elsewhere. I’d recommend literally any other pharmacy over this one."
"This pharmacy didn’t have my sisters medication so they sent it to another pharmacy and then the other pharmacy refused to help and then this pharmacy refuses to help any further. My sister just had surgery and needs her pain medication. And I had to wake up from my nap because of it all too"
"My prescriptions are often not delivered, (supposed to be free with their annual membership) so I must call and ask them to deliver them. I have to call multiple times to get thru to the pharmacy (always busy signal). Once I can get thru the hurdles and holds, the staff and pharmacists are kind but seems they need more staff or a better system."
