"Most unprofessional hospital/clinic I have ever been to. They scheduled me in person at 8am, I got there, they told me it was a mistake and that it would be virtual. Oh yeah, the doctor wasn't even there. If you go here, you are asking for malpractice. No wonder it's in the Ashtabula mall. UH has gone way down hill."

"I called to make a first time appointment as a new patient. I just moved here to Ashtabula. When I called, I was asked to be put on hold and before the lady even waited for my answer I heard music (she put me on hold) This lady was very very rude when answering the phone. She seemed to me basically like she hated her job, and didn’t want to be there!!! So I hung up. Since then I found an amazing doctor and in an amazing practice somewhere else!!! thanks to your front desk people good luck"

"The employees in suite 400 have no consideration for the patient waiting area on the other side of the wall. They continuously were banging the wall that the waiting room chairs were up against. Hurting my back... I had to move to wait in the hallway because they would not stop and complaints to office staff were ignored. I hope someone in charge sees this so that changes are made whether it's suite 400 staff, or suite 300 seating arrangements. Because i guarantee that experiences like this will cause a significant drop in Patient satisfaction scores. This was my first and will be my last time coming to UH Ashtabula. Not worth the convenience of being close to home. I'll go to Concord or mentor from now on."
