"You don’t even deserve the 1 star! You can’t keep an appointment at the proper time. Called me 4 different times telling me different appointment times. Call me the morning of my appointment and tell me one last final time of 11…. so I show up at 10:30! Just for you guys to tell me my appointment was at 10! And I couldn’t be seen.. and if I wanted to wait around to see if someone cancelled?! You guys at the office, are all ridiculous… I had a root canal done and you “fixed” a broken tooth… that still got pain in it and eventually just shattered anyways!! On top of that.. You guys continued the root canal while I was screaming in pain, telling you the numbing shot was not working and I felt everything! And you legit told me “it’s almost over” when in fact was not even close to being over!! I will advise anyone to go elsewhere other than here! You broke 2 teeth in the process of another tooth extraction, and those two teeth had shattered a few weeks later. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!"

"I had my first appointment here for a check up and a teeth cleaning. I was told I had cavities that needed fillings. I heard some things about them from people in the past about there previous visits and still having pain, trouble chewing after getting work done there. So I had another dentist check me out and they said it was just staining and they get a lot of people from this dental office. I was also not too impressed by the customer service here. I waited to get looked at by I'd assume a dental assistant and then a dentist afterwards too for a while. They seemed unorganized in the back while I waited. Please go somewhere else to get any serious dental work done. The other dentist said this places teeth cleaning was good but my personal experience as a patient wasn't to impressed by it. Being that they said I had cavities and needed fillings was something common I've heard them doing as well. (CHECK OUT ASPEN DENTAL ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️)"
