"Rented a floor sander. 3 hours into the job Sunday one of the wheels flew off. Having to continue the job now by tilting the sander back on two buffers so as not to damage the floor the job took more time to complete. Being Sunday and no one present to call we had to continue with a broken machine. After the machine was returned I was told no refund because we didn't call Sunday to leave a message. RENTERS BEWARE IF IT'S THE WEEKEND CALL AND LEAVE A MESSAGE THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU PRIOR TO RENTAL NO REFUNDS IF THERE IS PROBLEMS WITH THE EQUIPMENT AND YOU FAIL TO CALL!! THEY WON'T BEND WHEN IT COMES TO BEING FAIR WITH DISABLED EQUIPMENT."
