Paragon Inn Hillsboro

"The room was clean and sanitary but the heat didn't work. We didn't say anything initially but after trying the hot water we thought it didn't work. I called the number on site manager answers Paragon inn we're closed I said this is 118 we have no heat he said okay I'll let the owner know in the morning I said well we don't have hot water either he literally laughs and says not possible I said you're welcome to come check it out. He responds with I'm not getting out of bed at 1am to come look at it. I said can you at least switch us rooms he said no there isn't any which was a lie considering there was several rooms available. They probably shouldn't give that excuse if they're going to leave empty rooms with curtains open. The hot water is kinda tricky but did figure it out. If you're expecting "hot" water, don't. It's Luke warm . Housekeeping guy is nice but speaks very little English comes every morning at 1030am to clean your room. Manager did switch us rooms in the morning and that room was pretty good, only reason I couldn't give 1 star. C"

"We have been coming here for years with great service for our hunting trip. Thus year they are 0/2 for service. The rings are cheap as they should be for what they are. The new owners have yet to come in and change the bedding on both trips. The parking lot is packed full of tree service workers that are loud and have music playing in their vehicle while they leave the lights on and shine in your window. If things don't straighten up here I won't be back."

"The hotel and service are both ok. The housekeeping staff needs to be retrained or something. I've never been to a hotel where the housekeeping staff just comes in and cleans while you're in the room. One morning, as I'm laying watching TV, housekeeping knocks on my door. Just as I went to turn the handle to open the door, he used his key to open it and just walked in. I said, "Excuse me," and he just looked at me and proceeded with his job. I'm glad I didn't just climb out of the shower and was standing in my room naked because your housekeeper doesn't know what PRIVACY means."

"Not bad not good. The Room as a slight smell, thers literaly hardly any parking because of so many tree service trucks? And i had old dry piss on my toilet seat where it was never cleaned and small bits and pieces of trash throughout. And the price is insane they want 400 a week or 85 a day to stay here thats1600 a month for this tiny half dirty place. I could rent a beautiful home for a month for that price. I will never stay here again. This was an only option is why im here"

"Absolutely wonderful staff!!! CLEAN!!! SECURE!!! QUIET!!!! NO CREEPY CRAWLERS!!! LOL. We drove 68 miles out of our travel path to stay here. Other places in 3 other cities were disgusting and had things you dont want in a room. We were delighted to find wood floors that we actually could walk on without being grossed out by the filth!! WE WERE SO HAPPY TO HAVE FOUND THIS PLACE. WE WILL BE BACK. THANK YOU!!"
