"After living here for 6 years I'm leaving because neighbors are impolite, all everyone does is gossip, want to start fights, usually an OD once in awhile. I used to love it here. The landlord and the staff are great, the yard always looks beautiful, there's an enjoyable park with a basketball court and some trails behind the park to walk. Has a laundry room as well, the landlord plans Holliday party's every year which is awesome, kids love it."
"Apartments are fine and staff is very friendly however the police are here every night. Sometimes it's just a noise complaint but other times there are foot chases and 7 cops getting ready to kick in a door. Starting to not feel very safe in our own home."
"I wish I could give zero stars. I was treated very unprofessionally, and dare I say, mean. Manager acts snobby. They charge for light bulbs and every little thing even though they are low income apartments. I felt like they looked down on me even though I tried my hardest to do what they wanted even though some of it was unreasonable. They also did this to another friend I had that lived there. It's just really sad."
