"The place was ok. We used to love this store when there were here years ago. Staff were not great. They had two of one size table and three of another size table. The manager said they were display models, and I couldn't buy any of them. The only option was to ship them to the store that I don't live near or pay $25 shipping to my house. All good, I went to a competitor in the same shopping center and bought something else to serve the purpose I was looking for. I won't waste my time going back there."
"Tovanny and Emilee’s customer service and positive, friendly demeanor were exceptional. We had a few kinks to work out with it being a new store and ordering multiple items but the products are beautiful and we are very satisfied. Thank you ladies for saving the day!"
"Fantastic place, it was a nice Grand Opening. Plenty of parking, even for the handicapped. Lots of nice items to choose from in All Departments... Kitchen, Rugs, Candles and incense, Pillows, Indoor and Outdoor Furniture, Wine and Beer, and Gourmet Food Section. So much to see. Free Gourmet Coffee and assorted treats to taste. Even though the prices are expensive for the furniture , it is top quality and will last for many years. I will continue shopping here at World Market. The staff was friendly and able to answer questions and direct You where to find things. I met the District Manager, Kelly, and she was very friendly and really happy with the opening and the way the crew was doing. Another World Market will be opening in the Cincinnati area in October. The place was clean and stocked."
