"I could not say more about how wonderful this company is. I booked a piano move for today, when they arrived at my house with the piano, I was asleep. They had to bring the piano back to the original owners house. They were kind enough to deliver the piano once I had woken up. They went back to the original owners home, picked up the piano again, and brought it back without any bad attitude, actually some of the nicest conversations I’ve had in a while. I was a wreck when I woke from my nap, frazzled and just devastated that I had inconvenienced them so much. Anne, the receptionist, was so so so nice. I was crying, she calmed me down. It was a pretty rough morning but they made my day. Nothing but great service, prompt delivery, and amazing workers."

It looks great and the guys were professional and fast. Evened help me shim it to make sure it was safe for me to use. "Booked a piano pickup and delivery with this company through Brandon. Had great communication before the scheduled appointment but then failed to show, delivery person (Jerry) claimed they would "call right back" and then never answered his phone again and no one ever showed for the appointment. I left messages at main office and still no response or contact nearly 5 days after. Very disappointed considering how highly recommended this company came. We are now booked with a locally owned and operated business instead."
