"Got a chicken quesadilla and a chicken chipolte burrito and I kid you not, the lettuce on the burrito was a horrid shade of green and dark green. Not fresh product. People working there are friendly but after eating at this Taco Bell I went home vomiting sick. Horrible..."
"I simply asked for a chili cheese burrito double STEAMED and I even explained that you know how you cook the quesadillas and then the manager hopped on the speaker very rude mind you and told me that the burritos were prepacked. So at the window I told them I didn't want it if it's prepacked. Well guess what they gave it to me anyway and they make them. So why can't they double steam them! It's not prepacked. Honestly was my favorite place to go to been a regular for months but if the management can't understand what the customer is saying they should at least be more professional."

"The last couple of times I have eaten here, I have been very disappointed. I don't know if there's a cheese shortage every time I go through or what. Every taco I have gotten recently has had no cheese on them. 1 taco only had 5 strands of cheese (yes I counted). It's bad that I have to stop off at the grocery store to buy shredded cheese before I go to Taco Bell cause I don't know if I am going to have cheese on my tacos, or pay out extra money requesting extra cheese on my food just to get cheese on it. We were also missing food items. I ordered Cinnamon twists and didn't get them."
