Pizza Hut

"Not sure why they won’t deliver to Lakengren. Definitely losing out on major profit. Also feel not delivering to Lakengren loses customers for dine in as well. I won’t dine in there because they won’t deliver out here. Makes absolutely no sense. Whoever came up with this idea has no common sense."

"Had piss more service, the waiter only checked on us maybe 2 times, we watched our food go to other people multiple times or go back to the kitchen and it sat on the counter for 15 minutes and the waiter "kristanie" had a bad customer service attitude that was a little disrespectful. Horrible customer service skills. Really unhappy."

"Called a order in on the website, asked about special's and was told big box was $25.99 some how that turned into $43 . At the store I asked why it was so much? I got 2 extra sauce. It was because I upgraded my pizza . The guy on the phone told me I can choose my pizza, didn't say anything about upcharge! Wow! Got home with everything and NO it was worth it! Oh well now I know to think twice before I have Pizza Hut again ! Called the call center back and was told I need to call the store! Really they take my order!"

"Opened at 11(?). Arrived at 11:55 to a darkened facility. Greeted after a few minutes and seated after verifying they're open. As I'm seated the turn on the lights. I tell her I want the salad bar, and something off of the menu. It's well more than 5 minutes before she returns to take my order (there's absolutely no one else in the store). While not filthy, the facility wasn't clean (especially for just having opened up). Flat soda. Got to the self serve salad bar, and there were no serving utensils. I ordered a sandwich (as I wasn't paying the menu prices for wings... and didn't see a small pizza option on the menu). The fries were on the well done side, as was the bread on the sandwich (wasn't just toasted, it was HARD and crunchy). I was amazed at how the lobby stayed virtually empty during lunch (through the noon hour). After my experience... I see why. Didn't finish the food... and didn't bother for a 2nd visit to the salad bar. And... if you've not been to a Pizza Hut in a while, the pizza options seem limited, and prices for pizza, and especially for wings, is HIGH!! I came here, mainly as the parking lot was empty, and most places in town were full. I like to support, and help keep places in business. I don't think I'll be back too soon, as there are too many, better options for wings (and even pizza)."
