"Consistency guys! Pan pizza was underbaked and soggy. Steak sub had 1 T of gravy and NO CHEESE!"
"They charge extra if you choose one of their cheese toppings such as shredded chedder or provolone even thoughbitvis offeredvas a topping choice. Ruchmond does not do that. Their toppings actually countvas a topping when you getva two or three or whatever topping deal. I refuse to be affected financially because I dont eat meat. You dont charge extra for other toppings offered. For this, i refuse to order from this restaurant."
"They had somehow misplaced my order and when it said it was ready for pickup, they haven't even started on it. Woman working at back of oven started screaming then throwing my pizzas around after if was finally fixed. Lady screamed that my order was made wrong and she didn't even care. Spent half an hour waiting on pizza that was already supposed to be done whole listening to the woman scream, yell, and verbally abuse all others working in the store, even the assistant manager. Worst experience I've ever had there. Unless they get their act together, I won't be back. By the way. Half my order had been sitting there the whole time. The 5 cheese dipping sauce was cold and conjealed. Seriously disappointed!"
"They discriminated me due to my disabilities and the store owner tj Taylor cussed me out and fired me over the phone for insubordination when I was off the clock due to my disabilites, I will be pressing charges on this store."
"I order my pizza's well done and they must have a hard time letting it cook all the way through. It's almost raw. I order a lot and I'm about to stop.. this is the third time this has happened in the last 3 orders."
