"Would give it negative 100 if I could. My husband went to hospital at 5pm sat there to 2:45am. No one asked if my husband needed a blanket. There was no food in hospital to give a diabetic. The gave crackers pudding apple sauce I left to do his other job at 12am came back at 2:45 I tried to bring him food everywhere was closed . I will never go to ACMCEr even if it kills me. I was going home to make something but he said he wanted to come home He left amo. Nurse was horrible made every excuse she could not checking on him not seeing if he needed anything and put in room for mentally unstable no TV no phone."

"My 7 yo is medically complex, and we have had to use this ER 3 times since we moved to the area. Each time, I have been 100% satisfied with his care! The doctors and nurses are so kind, and they take the time to listen to me. They do what needs done, and they don't try to add extra unnecessary steps. I highly recommend!"

"I had THE WORST experience at the emergency department last night. This was only my second time coming in since I moved to the area 6 years ago. I was having trouble with my asthma and breathing while at work…I had to keep sitting down to catch my breath. My inhaler was only doing so much. They finally told me to go to urgent care. I went to the urgent care and they sent me to the ER. I barely made it because I was dizzy from not being able to eat or drink for two days due to my cough and chest. First of all, the triage nurse was wonderful. The young man who took my blood was so nice. But after that…it was horrible. I was there 6 hours. That part didn’t bother me. I know when you go to the ER…you wait. I had multiple tests done. Ct scan. X ray. Blood work etc. They gave me no fluids…which at first I thought maybe because I didn’t need them. But when I looked at my blood work on MyChart…my sodium and a few other levels were off…I was clearly dehydrated. They didn’t offer me anything to help with my cough or breathing. Then after, the doctor came in and said he thought it was acid reflux and anxiety. I hadn’t eaten in two days, and I live with anxiety every day…I know what anxiety is…and this wasn’t it. When I tried explaining to him that I had Covid a couple weeks ago, and I was worried it was going into bronchitis (which I am susceptible to due to my asthma), he just said that I need to let it run it’s course. Um what?! Any time I moved I was out of breath. Even the nurse that discharged me was confused as to why he gave me Pepcid, because I had no symptoms of that. Thankfully they did give me cough medicine to help with my cough. I also asked for a doctor note for my work. Not only did they forget to give me the doctor note (I didn’t notice til after because I was so upset I didn’t look at all the papers they gave me)…but they discharged me and left my port in my arm. I had to go to the front desk and have them call someone back to take it out. I have a very hard time going to doctors and hospitals due to medical abuse I have went through in the past. I probably will never go here again. I know my body. I knew something was wrong. And I wasn’t listened to and was told to take my anxiety meds and rest and take the acid reflux medicine. Thankfully I was able to go somewhere else and get a nebulizer treatment and I was able to sleep and feel better last night. I have been running a fever off and on since last night. Does acid reflux cause that too? Save your time and emotions. Use a different emergency room."

"My visit to the ER was a smooth experience thanks to the staff. Nurse Donna, Dr. Poznalska, and the CT technicians were all incredibly professional & a pleasure to interact with. Great people in that department!"

"My poor mother spent 3 days there with no doctor, no treatment and almost 2 full days with no room. Went to ER and needed emergency surgery to remove a kidney stone before going septic, a worker yelled & called security for a locked bathroom door after two nurses gave permission to lock the door because of the horible situation caused by the facility. Some people there were fantastic, yet overall the facility could not provide needed services a hospital should be able to provide in an emergency medical situation. Thank God my mother is a strong person. That experience was pure torture. It's not what it used to be."
