"When you take your dogs to be groomed you don’t expect them to come home with a gash behind their ear to where she has to have surgery!! Now our dog has to have surgery, on antibiotics and be put under at the age of 10. Shame on Animal Castle for not owning up to it and doing what’s right! Stay away from these so called groomers."
