"Dr. Brandenburg was a life saver for our 9 month Great Pyrenees! We brought her in after she suffered from two grandma seizures and was taken to our primary vet, then returned home later that evening and suffered 4 hours of cluster seizures due to the medication not working. While the online check in questionnaire was a little much, I understand that it was needed to help the vet understand what was going on. The staff there was wonderful and the vet assistants were helpful with information regarding our girl. Additionally, the texting updates that they have helped put my mind at ease when they had to keep our girl. The facility was VERY clean, and had snacks and drinks for guest. One thing I did think was great was how they kept the animals separated in the waiting area, only one was allowed at a time. Dr. Brandenburg took her time on our girl and got her right back, she was so soft spoken and gave us all the possible options there was when it came to the outcome, severity, and financial options. Dr. Quigley took over and was as sweet as can be. She took the time to stay past her shift to explain and give us some helpful information on our girl and had nothing but positive things to say when it came to our girl. Her phone call and text updates were beyond appreciated. If our fur babies ever need help outside our primary vet hours, I will be taking them here. The amount of kindness and compassion they showed towards us as the owners and our girl was beyond anything I could have expected. Thank you Care Center for finding the right medication for my girl and bringing her back to us!"

"I gotta say I am very blessed for taking my cat to Care Center. Unfortunately my cat had a condition in which it could not be cured, and would come back even if we did fix it. I had to make the very hard decision to euthanize him. He was 7 years old and the nurse informed me that she also had to put her cat down with the same condition at age 3. I never felt rushed saying goodbye, or leaving him. Care center provided paw prints, nose prints and his fur. Pine Funreal home provided the cremation at a very reasonable price and a wonderful urn. As much as it pained me to put him down the staff at Care Center never made me feel guilty in my decision."

"Took our dog in for vomiting all day. We had a 10 hour wait that honestly flew by. We understood there were more severe patients that had to be seen first. The staff were very sweet and kept apologizing for the wait. This is NOT a first come first serve. This is like a human ER. Be patient. It will be your turn."

"Had to take our senior doggy here to let her be at eternal peace. Most amazingly kind souls. Every single one of them! So caring and considerate in every aspect. The lady at the front desk was the sweetest soul I think I've ever met. And they mailed us a sweet card. Thank you guys so much! If I ever have another emergency, I won't think twice about coming here!"
