Frisch's Big Boy

"The food was fresh and hot. The chili was thick, flavorful and very hot. The big boy was fresh and juicy with enough tarter sauce, extra not needed. The onion rings cooked extra crispy per request and were exactly as requested. The french fries are hot, not greasy and plenty to share. The server was attentive and efficient. The server suggested items to have as sides and dessert. The server refilled drinks without asking for it."

"This place has gotten a very bad wrap over the last several years, and for a good reason. The drive thru was too long so I went inside and got a to-go order, after having one of the worst days ever, and ordered my food then sat at the counter to wait. Because I was right there I would up having a little fun with the cashier, who is just an awesome person (never met her before). The food takes a little longer than fast food, but not too long. And it's delicious. I think they're going in the right direction now and id recommend."

"Came to try the pretzel bacon beer cheese burger with value fry and drink. Unfortunately today restaurant seemed short staffed with only 2 servers and 16 occupied tables at 12:40pm. Our drink and food order was taken in a timely manner. Drinks ordered received in timely manner. Entrees brought to table in about 30 minutes. Fries were hot and as ordered. Burger arrived as a pretzel beer cheese chicken sandwhich. The sandwhich looked amazing but we asked server for burger remake. We received remake in about 10 minutes and although it was the pretzel bacon beer cheese burger it did not look fabulous like the 1st sandwhich with wrong protein. Our remake was lacking in the bacon and onion ring department the burger well done and dry. If this is how its supposed to be i would not recommend ordering. If the sandwhich had one out looking like the 1st one with the correct protein frisch's would have earned my repeat business."

"I stopped by after craving a Big Boy sandwich after not having one for sometime as they seemed to get smaller and smaller with no flavor except the sauce- Per the photos I was very excited and pleased when I opened the container to see what I'm hoping is the well needed rebirth of the special burger!!! It was freshly cooked,very flavorful with real sized beef paddies. I'll check and see if I have the same luck at another location and if so will be pleased to know the real sandwich is back"

"Stop for burger week,.. we usually catch one chain out of all the other mom and pop joints this year it was Frisch's. This was actually a really good burger. Not sure if the price point was right since it's got to be $7 anyway and I feel this burger wasn't even worth five but the flavors were on point. The bacon was thick and nice tasting. The two patties were great. The bun was nice. We'll definitely buy the sandwich again. Another little lady at the window. She was younger. Super friendly. Great customer service. Give her a raise. Haven't been in Frisch's in over 5 years. Can't remember why I stopped going but this visit was great"
