"I'd give them 100 Stars if I could. I process insane amounts of packages due to my Business and they have just went so far above & beyond anything I could ever ask for. They have processed many thousands of packages for me over the last few years and never lost a single one. I really feel guilty for all of the extra work I put them through sometimes but they have always been happy to do it. I consider them to be a very important part of my Team & you won't find a better group of people working in any Post Office anywhere. I appreciate ALL of you so much! I wouldn't trade you guys for any Post Office in the world!"

"I live closer to Piketon and prefer the Waverly post office because they are more friendly and helpful. When I was sending deployment packages they were helpful and when I mailed a wedding cake 2400 miles, they helped me figure out how to send a cooler and get it there in one piece. If the line is long, it’s because the people in line are clueless. SMH. There are local phone numbers in old phone books and online if you look."
