McDonald's

"Do not order McDelivery, never received my food. They use DoorDash & “Brandon” sent me a text that the ice cream machine was broke, so no McFlurry, then marks my food delivered although I didn’t get it with no photo except a map pic with the address. Called customer service who tell me Brandon says he handed it directly to me which was a lie. DoorDash did provide me a refund and say he was going to be investigated . Called McDonald’s and the lady that answered was very apologetic and stated their ice cream machine hadn’t been broke down that evening, and that she’d mark this guys name down to prevent him from getting food. I text the dasher who keeps saying “we” left it out front on the ground, then the porch area by the door, who would leave food on the ground!?! He then says he only told DoorDash that he handed it to me directly cuz their service wouldn’t let them Confirm, doesn’t even make any sense. I then find my order, well an empty bag taped up on the ground at the end of the driveway, tape was intact other than one side slightly coming off where u can see the food and McFlurry was taken out, no food in the bag but 2 ranch and the cup holder from my McFlurry. Doesn’t reply when asked why he told me the ice cream machine for the McFlurry was down but the McDonald’s girl that was working said it’s been working fine. Almost thought some rando may have taken it till he left the bag with the ice cream cup holder in it, which was the very first text he sent saying the McFlurry machine was down, and then no photo, and then lying abt handing the food directly to me, it’s crazy there are people like that. He brought the food to the end of the drive and he and whoever he had with him stole the food. There are cameras with video. McDonald’s also said they’ve had trouble with teens getting on DoorDash and stealing peoples orders. Probably should just get your own order from now on, too many thieves."

"Price is way higher than they should be. Each McDonald's can set their own price as needed. Like drinks, if you stop in Columbus, the drinks are $2.00 cheaper. The meals are even cheaper. This owner is taking advantage of his community which should be his family but yeah he owns from Circleville to Chillicothe to Waverly and a few more around which helps him because we never know that his prices are way higher than they should be and we go there and we allow him to do this to us when we should be going to a restaurant with reasonable prices they have takeout and many different places if start taking your food out from Diner 23 or other diners help the ones that care about the community and not the ones that are greedy and take from their community and this is the owner of this McDonald's"

"They accepted my in-app coupons. The food was hot fresh and quick. I actually only came here to get fries for my kid this time because I decided to try out KFC because it's been a long time for me. I went to KFC and they gave me an applesauce and someone had already pulled up behind me so Circle back through the drive-thru told them I wanted fries with my kids meal not the apple sauce they told me to come on up I waited about 15 minutes before manager finally came to the window and try to charge me 350 for the fries standing I drove off. I drove over to McDonald's and they had my fries ready for me in less than 10 minutes. Thank you so much."

"For $15/Hr you can’t get your drink filled to the max or customer service anymore. Disappointed & Dissatisfied."

"Ordered through Mobile app, in the parking lot. Pulled through, attendant was rude about not being able to hear me, had to wait 17 minutes at the 3rd window. If I wanted to spend 20 I would have gone in somewhere and sat down to eat. You pull through a drive through to acquire for quickly. I couldn't get any sauces or napkins because I was at a window with no attendant. Awful experience. Food was unacceptably cold for me having to wait 17 minutes. Absolutely Mcdiculous"
