"Went through the drive-through and ordered. My husband and I normally get the same thing every time. When the price was different then the normal I tried to ask the cashier at the window if my order was correct and repeated the order to her and made her aware of the price difference but was completely dismissed. Got home to find out my husband order was wrong and my one piece breast was completely slimy. I called and made them aware but was treated like an inconvenience and was told the breast was up to temp but might look slimy because it had just got done. They did offer to replace the breast but after the customer service there I will not be back."
"I hadn't been in a KFC in years and I was quite disappointed when 2 out of 3 chicken tenders were edible. Only one was actually completely tender. One was so tough that I couldn't eat it."

"I was there 2 1/2 hours before the posted closing time. I had a coupon for an 8 piece meal with 2 large sides and 4 biscuits for $18.99. I attempt to order this and am told they have no thighs so would give me 2 extra wings , but would be same price for less product. I could wait 25 minutes for chicken or get tenders as a substitute for nearly double the cost I was planning to spend. Rip off.... I did order the tenders meal and added an individual cole slaw which I didn't even get! I did get charged $34 and change though. Apparently after 730 they stop cooking, so you should close at 8,! Do not advertise being open until 11 if you don't have the main item you serve hours before that. Horrible customer service plan! If you can't afford to chance wasting a few pieces by cooking until closing then sell out to something else. Do not waste your time thinking you can get a family meal here or even getting what you ordered and paid for."
