"I made my morning delivery here and I was unloaded within 30-45 mins...it was super of no waste of my time!!!"
"The customer service at this location is absolutely outstanding. Nathan and his entire team went above and beyond for us. When our decking arrived, the distributer did not send what was on the order form submitted by 84. We waited a week for the correct decking to be delivered, and it was wrong yet again. Nathan was able to find a different distributor and to arrange delivery on a day that they don't typically deliver. This day was leading into a holiday weekend no less. They really went to bat for us to make sure we had the product we need. Truly amazing! We highly recommend this location."
"Fast flatbed unload! Yard guys were nice and friendly! Gate was open at 6am but they technically don’t start till 7am! No overnight parking so get creative and find a spot close by…. I parked next door in that pull off off the street to a gate entrance not used by the business next door"
"My husband wanted to complete our deck last summer using 84 Lumber because it’s local. We ordered the boards. First batch was 2-3 weeks late and still came with two boards that were damaged. And worse is that if my father in law hadn’t opened the boards AT 84 lumber, we would have went home with the damaged boards. Then we ask that they order two more, they come in (2 weeks later and I had to call because they were in and we were never contacted), and one of the two is damaged. Then we wait another 3 weeks to finally get the last board for the deck. Over all, it took nearly 3 months to get the supplies and we never once received an apology for the wait and lack of service. Very disappointed, we could have went with Lowe’s and had a better experience"
"We came in on July 16th and ordered a storm door. I brought pics and dimensions, the salesman said he needed to check whether it was a custom door or not. He never got back to us, so we assumed the door was ordered. 4 weeks later, I call to check on the status and it was never ordered or in the system. Apparently, no one follows up or keeps records. They never tried to contact the salesman to find out what the issue was or where the paperwork was. Ridiculous. This was not the first issue with 84 Lumber. Never again!!!!!!"
