"I wish I loved our windows and experience but I did not. We had our windows installed in 2018. Two windows don't stay in place when you open them and have been like that since they have been installed. A few of the windows need pushed down firmly with one hand and locked with the other or they don't line up to lock. We were told that this would get better over time but it hasn't. The screens never stay in place and we get bugs coming in. The sliding screen door has never closed properly. You have to use to hands in certain places (not on the handle) for it to close. The team that installed the windows was supposed to come back and clean the grease off the windows from installation. They never came back and there is still some that I can't get off. We tried calling to get some of these issues resolved, but the person we talked to did not want to listen to our concerns at all."

Then we went to the showroom to view the options. The Staff is very professional and answered every question and concerns. The install team, 4 men, were very professional, courteous, and respectful of our home. They did a superb job, cleaned up the entire area and made sure we were trained in the operation and maintenance of the door. A beautiful door and a great job!"
