"We LOVE Dr. Katie and her whole staff! We have been doing here for years – starting when our daughter was a young toddler and cried her eyes out the whole time. It only took her one visit to realize that this is actually a magical place full of kind, patient people, and that she'll get a toy at the end! The best part for parents is that on top of making kids feel comfortable and safe, the staff runs like a well-oiled (i.e. efficient/quick) machine. We'll never go anywhere else!"

"Changing to Hyde Park Pediatric Dentistry has proven to be an excellent decision. They are efficient, organized, and friendly. I felt like the communication at my child's previous dental practice left a lot to be desired, and they were also very slow and/or frequently behind schedule. They failed to inform me when they became out of network on my child's insurance, so we received a large surprise bill for a cleaning, checkup, and x-rays. Having to take my child out of school for checkups meant she missed a huge chunk of her school day. They also only offered appointments for my daughter's dentist one a half days out of each week, so scheduling was so much harder. I have none of these issues with HPPD. They welcome parents coming back to the room and staying with their child during the cleaning, and when I asked for info about sealants they gave me the info sheet for the brand they use so I could research how safe the product is. I'm really thrilled with this practice! My child had her choice of Disney Plus or Netflix shows to watch during her cleaning, so she's very happy, too!"
