"Dr. Chernyak takes a great deal of time with her patients. Her office is well run and friendly. She gives out her home phone number and is quick to get back to you in an emergency. She will also get you in quickly when a problem develops. I rarely wait more than five minutes to see her. She patiently explains every procedure she does to you and why she is doing it. Dr. Chernyak takes a detailed medical history and was able to identify a medical problem I was experiencing, something my other doctors did not pick up on. She also has a fantastic assistant, Laura, who is a big part of why this practice is so well run. Laura is warm, personable, efficient, and knowledgeable."
