"I was very resistant and hesitant when I first walked in the door for my consultation due to my lack of knowledge of this type of therapy for my left knee. I’ve had multiple injuries in my left knee which resulted in constant pain and arthritis. I took the leap of faith and gave Oxford Health and Wellness a try. The results left me speechless. I have had no to very minimal knee pain after about a week and a half into it. I stayed consistent with showing up, the home workouts and listening to the doctor’s and staffs advice. Words cannot express the amount of pain I was having when I first started until today (18 weeks). I don’t believe it works, I KNOW it works. If you are having any type of pain please give this a try instead of surgery. You will not be disappointed.
