"receptionist was extremely rude did not know what he was doing. called three days ago and was told the doctor was going to give me a call right after the patient she was seeing left and still have not gotten a call. came in today to get checked out again because I was not getting a call back and receptionist could not answer any of my questions to why i did not get a call back and was very rude"

"Had an appointment for over a day for a required test for my son. Prior to making the appointment tried to call to find out coverage and if our insurance and all that was taken. Here we are day later at appointment time to find no the insurance isnt taken and theyre charging for something that is supposed to be covered on a federal level if not covered otherwise. Sorry if its just my turn for a bad experience but thats just poor practice."
"I was told to bring my 4 year old son for an issue regarding his scalp at an urgent care per his provider. I live 5 minutes from here and decided I would give it a try. If I didn’t like it, then I would take him to Liberty children’s. I’m so glad that I did. Best urgent care appointment ever!! The nurse was so sweet and brought us back instantly. The doctor was just as sweet and very thorough. If myself or anyone in my family needs to be seen for something urgent (obviously not an emergency) again, THIS IS THE PLACE I will be coming to!!!"
