"Had an appintment scheduled then i get a message that i needed to change my appointment to a different type of appointment. Then they send a letter to me about me cancelling my appointment. They were the reason it was cancelled. I didn't have a problem with my NP Emily J Neal but now i dont feel as i can trust her or kettering health for that matter. How some of these people got into these positions in healthcare one will never know."
"Dr. Gilreath is absolutely incredible, the best PCP my wife and I have had by far!! She found a tumor my wife had that all other doctors had missed, and worked diligently with her to create a treatment plan. She’s now doing better than ever, and it’s all thanks to Dr. Gilreath. A very kind, compassionate, and honestly fun PCP, I would (and have) recommend her to anyone!! The office staff are incredibly nice and the new building is also very nice too!!"
"I had high hopes to have a medical professional close to home on my care team. The building is beautiful but the office staff and medical personel were lacking in personality and ability. I ended the appt w/ "Dr" Emily J Neal midway through, knowing this was not the team member I needed nor wanted. I could go on about every unpleasant detail but I am chosing not to relive the experience any more than I already do. I will say she chose to use the rest of my appt time to write up "after care notes" in great detail on my MyChart file that had nothing to do with any medical concerns. I'm sure Kettering Oxford could take care of such issues as pink eye, ear infections, etc. but if you are looking for critical thinking skills or diagnostic abilities for underlying health issues, you will be refered to a psychiatrist! Best to save your time and money and go elsewhere."
