"Have been a customer unfortunately for long awhile. Was not made aware of the limit to extend your loan til today and asked personally why I keep extending. Took my taxes there and found out later my city taxes wasnt done. So now Im late filing this. And if it wasnt for R.I.T.A telling me, I would have thought I was ok. So a limit on extending my loan too much is an issue, yet there was no problem taking my money everytime. Great personality in there so I m not mad however I am so grateful for being put on spot about my finances that the next pickle Im in will not result in me taking my business there for a loan. Sounds like these loan spots are turning into financial advising businesses. After I payoff. I'm done."
