Dollar Bank

"What A RACKET !!! NEVER EVER PARK HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CAR STOLEN ! My husband and children and parked in a larger parking lot 'near' Dollar Bank along a fence with NO SIGN mentioning illegal parking, with other cars parked there as well. There was a sign directly behind Dollar Bank, so we knew not to park there. After a quick 45 min dinner before the Cavs game our car was towed ?!?!?!?!? The tow trucks were literally posted up on the corner chuckling to themselves. They had the nerve to explain the sign behind Dollar Bank over 100 ft away referred to the other parking area ?!?!!?!? Are you kidding me ?????As both of my two children were crying in the parking lot thinking our car was stolen, traumatized and had to miss a majority of the CAVS game, no sympathy was shown except by the Uber driver. We then had to pay 185.00 and Uber ride fees to get our vehicle back !!!! Dollar Bank what you are doing to people is 100% ethically and morally wrong. To hang your had on setting up some kind of system rigged against innocent people and their families just to steal their money and vehicles is disgusting. I will be doing everything in my power to bring this to the attention of the City of Lakewood and anyone else who has suffered at the hands of Dollar Bank and Kuffner Towing ! You should all be ashamed of yourselves, getting away with this !"

"Unfortunately, had a poor experience when trying to extract money after 2 years of inactivity. Although I am not a minor, they required my parents to drive from South Carolina to sign paperwork. Would not recommend this back if you travel out of state."

"I currently bank with Dollar Bank. I regret leaving when i was employed by one of the big CLE banks. Dollar is a smaller bank but I find there service to be outstanding. The only need they were unable to meet as quickly as I'd hoped was for foreign currency. I find their fee schedule to be reasonable. The online banking app almost always gets the job done and if not, staff is attentive and responsive and location is convenient."

"We just moved to Ohio and I was looking for a good bank to open my business and personal account with, and to get a mortgage loan in the near future, I walked in to this bank as I was in need for some quarters like $25 the employee refused and the manager as well because of two funny reasons number 1 don’t have account with the bank 2- because I need to have an account so they link the exchange to my account ????? REALLY Bearing in mind I told the manager that we just moved to Ohio and am looking for a bank to open an account with but apparently she don't care or she dont know what she’s doing. Long story short I went to PNC BANK they gave me quarter’s right away. So definitely am going to open my business account with PNC. It’s funny that bank like that care about their quarters but don’t care about establishing a good customer service you guys can keep you quarters in your drawers"

"Switched to dollar bank about a year ago and I love it! Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. I always bring my dog in when I come, reuben, and they always make sure to give him a treat. Wonderful bank to trust with your money."
