"Manager is terrible. This dump does not offer computer servicing like every other Office Depot I have frequented for 30 years!!! All laptops were incorrectly marked on shelf. The salesperson here actually recommended I shop at Best Buy next door!!! I DID, and spent $800 within one hour at Best Buy. Had I gotten good service, I would have spent this money at Office Max!!!"

A tip, though, for other shoppers - when I walked in I was looking for the self service copier/printer and I am used to them being in the front of the store. I didn't see it and was about to leave when a very attentive and friendly employee asked me and then directed me to the back of the store where it was and where there was another helpful employee if I had wanted full service. Glad they were watching out for me and guided me or I would have left and gone to FedEx. Good Stuff!"
