"The old people that work here particularly have terrible attitudes, old dude in tool rental and a older lady in customer service. Home Depot is my go to hardware store but wish I didn't have to deal with the attitudes. I went in to buy 250 fence pickets, they had about 100 picked through ones sitting out and I asked if they could bring out a fresh pallet and they stared at me for 10 seconds in silence then I said well if I buy a whole pallet of 352 will you guys take back what I don't use? They said yeah. 2 days later I brought back 122 pickets and immediately get an attitude from customer service just wheeling the cart in the door."
"Now days it's difficult to find a local hardware store close by. If you have the knowledge to Do It Yourself or you're a contractor then Home Depot usually has what you need. The associates here are outstanding. Beyond helpful, they really take the time to talk to you about your project, and offer suggestions for new products. This store is well stocked, get the Home Depot App too to help you find what you need. The Military Discount is a benefit I use often too."
