"I don’t know if this guy was just having a bad day or something, but absolutely worth customer service I have experienced in a long time. Walk in, tell him what I’m looking for, and as soon as I’m done talking, he loses all interest. Points to a pile of mattresses in the corner and said what I’m looking for is in there. And basically just walked back to his desk. I guess if you’re not looking to spend at least $1400 there, be ready to be looked down upon and dismissed. Absolutely disgusting. Went to sleepy hollow instead and their team was SO nice and helpful."

"We went in with no idea what we wanted. All we knew was we needed a new mattress. Jay was very helpful and not pushy at all. He gave us suggestions but he didn't pressure us into buying a more expensive bed. He knew about how much we could spend and actually kept us about $400 under budget. Only thing I didn't like was we had to wait 8 days for our bed to be delivered but I guess it's not that bad. Overall a great experience with Mattress Firm."
