"I have had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Donaldson's office a handful of times recently, and he, his wife, and their team are some of the kindest, most genuine, and welcoming people I have ever met! Every single interaction has been professional and pleasant and I leave with a smile on my face. Today I was lucky enough to be one of the first patients at their new location in Lewis center and received a facial with aesthetician Nikki. The space was gorgeous, smelled amazing, and the staff was friendly as always! This was my first facial, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Nikki was so enjoyable to speak with, sharing education along the way, while making me feel pampered. I figured there would obviously be some skincare involved, but what I wasn't expecting was the meditative, almost spiritual nature of receiving a facial. "I wouldn't even hesitate to book surgery with Dr. Donaldson. I have waited over a month to write this review and I can say for certain that my experience here has been top notch. The office is beautiful (I could just live there) and easy to get to, the front desk staff are efficient and friendly. The assistants and nurses are top notch. All of them have gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, answer all of my questions (even the little ones), made me feel very safe and cared for from booking my surgery and through post-op. Dr. Donaldson is warm, listens, and took his time answering my questions.
