"I know what you're thinking, 5 stars. This place was amazing! I want to share my experience in hopes it breaks down any stigma surrounding colonoscopies. Yeah, the prep before hand isn't great, I found chasing the 8oz glasses with a little cold apple juice really made a difference, at least for me. The communication from the group is great. Short, descriptive text message regarding your prep schedule, or reminding you to start the clear diet. Once onsite, I waited for maybe 5 minutes and was called back. The doctor spent the necessary time with me, answering all my questions. Same with the anesthesiologist, who was very friendly. The nursing staff is so comforting and warm. They almost make you forget why you're there. Procedure started right on time, and once awake, the doctor stopped by, explained everything and next day care. Great overall experience...."

"The procedure itself went well and the staff was very efficient and capable. Since then there has been a great deal of anxiety on my part. I was told, post procedure, that the doctor removed something and it would send it a lab to be biopsied, and I should get results in about 6-7 days. That was 13 business days ago!! Repeated phone calls to the office offered no information regarding when results would be reviewed other than "they'll check on it and get back to me". Which, by the way, never happened. Still waiting for some sort of information from the office. I would not recommend this office to friends or associates based solely on the lack of post procedure service."

"If I could give 0 I would. I am self-employed. I had symptoms that led me to need a colonoscopy, I had to wait over a month to get an appointment. I called in to make a deposit the day before my appointment and was told that my appointment had been cancelled by the office. Apparently I was supposed to make the deposit the week before. NO WHERE in any of my paperwork I received was this mentioned. I took a friend to this group in February, he made the deposit, WHEN WE GOT TO THE OFFICE! This has cost me over $1000 in income due to taking the day off work for this procedure."

"I set an appointment months in advance gave them all my info and then had my 1st apt a Dr sat in the room for a few minutes asked me some questions and said I needed a scope probably 15 mins of interaction I found out months later 7 days before my scope that they don't accept my insurance and they didn't catch it. So know I had to pay for my 1st visit full out of pocket and I have to wait months to get into OSU and start the process over it will be more than 18 months between the day I set my 1st appointment and the day I'll get to see a doc at OSU. I called and left messages multiple times to try and at least get a referral but no one would call me back but they sure did send my bill to collections. In short poor bedside manner, terrible customer service, but they make sure they get paid ........ wow"

"Dr. Jon Walker is one of the finest doctors I have ever met. He is kind, professional, and thorough in his explanations. I have had several procedures at the Dublin location. The staff, nurses, and CRNAs made me feel comfortable and supported. I highly recommend this group for your needs."
