"There was quite a large number of people in front of me. The waiting area was full and I waited 40 minutes. The seating is comfortable and spills over to areas across the hallway. The staff were very polite, helpful, and efficient. I’ve been there several times. My wait has been anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes over the visits. It’s a very busy department, so I would recommend coming 15 minutes or more before the time you are assigned to come."
"Traveling from NW Ohio, the OSU Dublin facility has certainly made follow up visits easier. The OSU Staff @ Dublin have ALL been on their best game in getting the patient from Point A to Point Z. Therefore, completing all patient info & diagnostics for the Doctor & Med Staff. We've always been greeted & treated kindly by everyone. Dublin office is much easier to get in & out than having to travel to the main hospital campus."
