"So the older man probably around my age. Was guiding me through the car. Wash when I was getting my sons truck washed for him. And not being used to driving and I went off the track just a little bit and he shook his head and quoted. When I tell you what direction to Go? That's what direction you take!! He was so very rude to me. I will highly recommend of all the business people I know. And friends and family not to come to this place that they are rude and crude. He then yelled at me and said now. Keep it in neutral!! With a nasty look on his face. Change it to classic. What a disrespectful man that works for flying Ace!! They need to find somebody that likes their job at least a little bit."

"HORRIBLE!!!! The employee kept pushing for me to purchase a 1 month unlimited was for $40. I was told it was for 1 month only (NO MEMBERSHIP). This is the WORST car wash I have ever been to. 1. Roller on drivers side was not working and car was filthy when I left. 2. There were 2 deep scratches(gouges) on my car. 3. A lot of surface scratches as well. 4. It also tore off my passenger side decorative strip that protects the door from dents. I put it back on, luckily I didn't lose it. 5. Lastly, it damaged my Sirius XM antenna so it no longer works. Friend tightened it back up but still does not work. I never went back. NOW I find out he enrolled me in a monthly membership. So he lied to me that it was just a one time purchase!"

"Great price for unlimited. Sometimes the tire shine must be a little heavy or something. It will leave greasy looking streaks along the side of your car. Wipes off easy as long as you do it before you leave. But can't beat the prices. It's worth me having to wipe my car down. One other issue is..I love the free vacuums.. but one time i found a bunch of screws and nails in the bay. I helped the lady in the bay next to me look around her car and found more. I reported it to them and he said there was a old truck there earlier and provably fell out of that truck."

"If I could give a -20 stars I would. I just recently bought a membership with this company. I visited the facility in bridgewater location and went through the car wash. Once I arrived home- I walked past the front of my car and noticed a huge scratch on my hood. I then tried contacting the store 3 of which their phone system kept disconnecting- so I called back the 4th time to which someone answered and instructed me I had to come in and file a claim. I went back and was filling out the form- when a employee Courtney started talking to another employee about how many times someone called and that no she didn’t answer it ON PURPOSE because she didn’t want to deal with it. I am guessing the other employee whispered to her that it was me and she quickly tried to back track apologize for talking about me basically to my face. I manage over 100 employees- this is the number ONE rule is you don’t speak about other customers in front of other customers, it only is that just rude (clearly she was not taught manners) but this is extremely unprofessional. Now follow up 6/4- Hannah has called me to let me know that they could not see a scratch when I left the car wash. So they must have MAGICAL cameras to be able to see a scratch that you have you get close to see? *** follow up- site manager called- stated he made his decision by his “camera” and was just as unprofessional as his employees. I was extremely aggravated at his lack of acknowledgement that his equipment scratched my vehicle and is unwilling to take accountability of that based on a low resolution video. Will be calling corporate. Moral of the story is- don’t go here unless you want scratches all over your vehicle and nothing to be done about it."
