Under the expert guidance of owner and founder Sensei Wendy, who has been training in martial arts since the age of twelve, the dojo embraces a family atmosphere. Sensei Wendy, along with her son and head instructor Stamos Sfikas, is committed to providing personalized attention to each student, whether they are children as young as 3 1/2 or adults well into their 60s.

At Freestyle, we distinguish ourselves with a unique blend of martial arts disciplines. Our Freestyle Karate system integrates elements of Tae Kwon Do, Karate, and Krav Maga, offering a holistic approach that emphasizes self-defense, balance, coordination, and self-control. We also feature Krav Maga, renowned as the most effective real-world self-defense system available today. For those looking to expand their skills further, our Freestyle Tumbling program combines Martial Arts, Gymnastics, and Parkour, making it an exciting new sport discipline.

Sensei Wendy's dedication to martial arts and her community is evident in the dojo's growth from 30 to 300 students. She continually hones her skills by training with kickboxing coaches, BJJ coaches, and Krav Maga experts, ensuring that she brings the best techniques and knowledge to her students.

- Thursday: 4:30 pm – 8:30 pm

- Friday: 11:30 am – 1:30 pm & 4:30 pm – 7:30 pm

- Saturday: 10:00 am – 1:00 pm
