"I started at this gym a little over a year ago starting out with not working out i’m years. Every trainer at this facility made it a point to help me as well as my family work up to where we are at now! I went from not working out for two years straight to working out every day of the week sometimes doing two workouts a day! This place is an awesome get away and everyone acts as a family! There are many different classes you can try and they also provide private trainings or you can go in and get workouts in on your own time! I have experienced so many different amazing changes in the past year! This is definitely a gym to go to!"

Brian was super accommodating and friendly. He taught our group of 6 a private boxing class, and his instruction was clear and fun. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
